Before sending your games, it is advisable to read the ‘Packaging Guideline’ section of the website. This will help to make sure your games are suitable packed and well protected, so they are received in as good condition as possible. Upon receipt, your items will be checked, and any damage that has not been declared may result in a small amount deducted from the quote.

Next, you will be required to log in or sign up, and enter your personal details securely. Finally, after reviewing the packaging and selling terms, select ‘Get Quote’, and you will be sent an e-mail detailing your quote, along with a quote number which is valid for 14 days.

You can track the progress of your quote, by accessing the Chillout Games quote status page, and using your quote number to find the corresponding order. You also have the option of adding courier instructions, and printing.
